Carol Abner is currently the Manager of Treasury at Allison Transmission, Inc.  She is responsible for Global Treasury and Risk Management activities including Cash management operations, forecasting, working capital management, accounts receivable and non-employee insurance programs.  Carol has approximately 26 years of Treasury experience in various manufacturing and service industry corporations.

Carol is a graduate of Ball State University with a double major in Accounting and Geography/Meteorology.   She has held several officer position with the AFP-IN and is currently serving of the Board of Directors.  She is also currently serving on the Finance Advisory Board with the Miller College of Business at Ball State University and was awarded the Alumni of Achievement Award from Ball State in 2010.

Jeff Love is an Account Vice President at Purdue Federal Credit Union where he partners with area businesses and nonprofit organizations, providing tools and resources they need to succeed. Jeff has over 20 years of banking experience, the majority of it has been spent in cash management sales. He also worked as a corporate fundraiser for Purdue University for 2.5 years. Jeff earned a diploma from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado in 2004, his Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential in 1996 and a BS degree in Economics from Purdue University in 1988.

Indiana University

Ruth is the Managing Director or Treasury Operations for Indiana University. She has university-wide responsibility for all banking processes and financial vendor relationships, cash management, revenue processing review and training, and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards compliance. Ruth has been with IU since 2002 when hired by the Office of the Treasurer as a Financial Manager. She has since held the positions of Assistant Director of Banking, (2004-2006), Associate Director of Treasury Operations (2006-2009), and Director of Treasury Operations (2009-2013). Ruth has a proven track record of keeping Indiana University at the leading edge of banking technology, delivering process efficiencies and maintaining responsive customer service. She is a member of AFP, AFP-IN, EPCOR, and serves on the AFP-IN Board of Directors, the EPCOR Cash Management Committee, and the Western Union Business Solutions Education Client Advisory Board. Ruth continually receives request to speak nationally to share her knowledge of the industry and the application of best practices at IU. She graduated in 1998 from IU with a BA in Economics from the College of Arts and Sciences. Ruth holds the professional designations of Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)(2002) and the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) since 2004

Malinda Anthony is Senior Vice President and Division Sales Manager with Wells Fargo's Treasury Management Group. Malinda manages the sales efforts for the Great Lakes Division comprised of seven states in the Midwest. She and her team provide process reviews, industry trends, best practices and benchmarking in working to meet the financial needs of companies today and in the future.

Ms. Anthony joined Wells Fargo in December 2004 and has over 20 years of Treasury Management experience in such areas as operations, sales support, product management and sales. In addition, Ms. Anthony has valuable experience in the real estate, trust, card services and retail banking areas of various banks.

Ms. Anthony is a graduate of Valparaiso University where she earned a degree in Business Administration with finance and marketing concentrations. Malinda is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), a member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), and serves on the Board of Directors of AFP-Indiana.

Malinda is active in her community serving in various capacities with her church, Habitat for Humanity, and the Daughters of the American Revolution. Malinda resides in Fishers, Indiana with her husband and has two adult children.

In October 2011, Michael joined Wellfount Corp. as a Cost Analyst. Previously he was a Budget Analyst with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. Michael joined the State government in 2008 after 5 years with Chase Bank.

Michael holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from Indiana University-Bloomington and an MBA from Butler University. He obtained his CTP designation in 2009.

Tim Hadley is Vice President, Merchant Services Director for Old National Bank. Tim has over 12 years in banking, with experience in retail banking, merchant services and treasury management product sales and development. He joined Old National in 2006, after serving in various roles with Fifth Third Bank.

Tim graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing. He also obtained a MBA from Butler University in 2009. Tim obtained his CTP designation in 2007 and was elected to the AFP-IN board in 2010.

Michael Sipos is a Regional Sales Manager for Trintech, the leading global provider of integrated software solutions for The Last Mile of Finance. In this role, he works with Fortune 1,000 companies to optimize the Record-to-Report process by delivering automation, workflow, transparency, and efficiency while reducing risk. Prior to his position at Trintech, Mr. Sipos has held many leadership positions in corporate banking including leading the Treasury Management sales/operations for a regional bank holding company, National Account Sales, regional Treasury Management leadership, directing product management and providing strategic direction for Treasury Management operations. Mr. Sipos worked in Treasury Management for over 19 years and financial software solutions sales for over 7 years. Mr. Sipos has developed consultative relationships with clients to utilize financial management solutions to create outcomes that effect measurable changes throughout the financial lifecycle. He has been a Certified Treasury Professional for 20 years, as well as, a member of both the Association for Financial Professionals and the Association for Financial Professionals – Indiana Chapter.
