Jack Ablin
Harris Bank

Jack Ablin is a chief spokesperson for Harris Private Bank. His expertise is sought after by major media including Barron’s, CNBC’s “Squawk Box,” USA Today, CNBC’s “Closing Bell” and The Wall Street Journal.

Mr. Ablin is Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Harris Private Bank. He is responsible for establishing investment policy and strategy within the Personal Investment Management Group of the Private Bank. Mr. Ablin also serves on the Asset Allocation Committee, which determines the strategy for investment portfolios for Harris Private Bank. Mr. Ablin joined Harris in 2001 and has more than 20 years of experience in financial services.

Mr. Ablin earned a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College, New York, where he graduated with honors with an AB in Mathematics and Computer Science. Mr. Ablin received an MBA with honors and graduated cum laude from Boston University, Massachusetts, and is a member of the Beta Kappa Sigma honors society. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Mr. Ablin makes his home in Chicago, where he is a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research (AIMR) and the Chicago Financial Analysts Society.

Bill Barker, CTP

Bill Barker is Vice President and Team Leader of Cash Management Sales for Charter One, Illinois & Indiana, a subsidiary of Citizens Financial Group, member of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

Barker joined Charter One in February 2005 with 14 years of banking experience in the Chicago area. Barker brings a commitment to customer service and desire to grow Charter One Bank’s commercial business. Barker is responsible for business development and relationship management of cash management solutions. Understanding the needs of clients, applying the most effective solutions, and delivering on-going high touch customer service have been the cornerstone of Barker’s success.

Barker began his banking career with American National Bank and held various positions of increasing responsibility in operations and treasury management with American National, Bank One and JP Morgan Chase. Barker received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University and is a Certified Treasury Professional by the Association of Financial Professionals.

Barker has been a featured speaker at the AFP-Indiana Circle City Treasury Conference and served on the Corporate Banking Vice Chairman’s Advisory Group from July 2006 through December 2007.

He lives in Chicago with his wife.

In his current role, responsibilities include product research, development, and implementation for Cash Management products and services. With over 9 years of banking experience in bank operations, product, and sales, Clay has worked on projects including Remote Capture, Online Banking, ACH, Credit Card, ATM and CRM implementations. He is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), and the co-chair of the Mid-America Payments Exchange (MPX) Education Committee.

Clay is a board member of the Santa Clothes Club, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing new clothing for needy youngsters in the IN-KY-IL area. His greatest joy is spending every available moment with his wife Amy and 16-month old son Dylan.

Colen Cromer is a senior product manager with National City managing the commercial credit card product. His responsibilities include the planning, development, implementation, rollout and oversight of National City's commercial credit card programs and reporting solutions. Colen has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has worked in sales, training, retail banking, project management and systems analysis. Colen joined National City through the merger with Provident Bank of Ohio. Colen managed National City's rollout of a stored-value debit card solution for its corporate customers in August 2004. He also managed the development of National City's healthcare benefit stored-value debit card. He is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). Colen is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Her experience spans over 25 years in a variety of different roles including program manager, project manager, business continuity manager and technical lead.

Julie Goonewardene is an experienced entrepreneur who is currently leading Purdue University's new venture formation effort. She holds a joint appointment with Purdue's Discovery Park and the Purdue Research Foundation targeting University generated innovations in nano-technology, life sciences, and energy. Prior to joining Purdue she co-founded and served as the President and CEO of Cantilever Technologies, a venture backed software company which she sold in 2004 to i360. Cantilever’s customers included Fortune 500 companies such as Cummins, Brunswick and Lockheed Martin. Prior to Cantilever Julie was President of SSG, a boutique-consulting firm and cofounder of Technology Solutions (TSC). TSC went IPO three years after inception. She is the co-author of “The Right Decision for the Right Reason” and a guest lecturer at Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management. Ms. Goonewardene is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago, The Chicago Finance Exchange, and the Advisory Board - Purdue Convocations. She is also a Trustee of Springboard Enterprises, a national nonprofit venture catalyst.

Margaret R. (Maggie) Jordan is a Vice President with Wells Fargo’s Treasury Management Group. Maggie has over 16 years of Treasury Management experience in operations and sales and joined Wells Fargo in October 2006. Her consultative sales efforts focus on large and middle market corporate companies primarily in the Midwest. Maggie has a particular expertise in working with multi-bank relationships, the healthcare industry, not for profit organizations and orchestrating the transition of integrated services from other financial institutions to Wells Fargo.

Ms. Jordan attended IUPUI in Indianapolis, Indiana, majoring in Accounting and German. She began her career in the financial services industry specializing in mutual fund investments and transitioned to banking in 1992.

Thomas M. Kolimago, CFA, Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of BlackRock's Cash Management Group. He is the lead portfolio manager for TempFund, one of the largest and the first constant-dollar money market fund dedicated to institutional investors.

Prior to managing TempFund, Mr. Kolimago managed several prime portfolios. He joined BlackRock in 1988 as a municipal bond analyst.

Megan Minich

Megan Minich is a Senior Vice President with Wells Fargo's Wholesale Internet and Treasury Solutions Group in San Francisco. She and her team are responsible for the strategy and execution of all projects that focus on the CEO Channels, including the CEO Portal, the CEO Mobile® service, all customer messaging initiatives and authentication and security across all channels.

Megan joined Wells Fargo in 2000. Prior to her current role, she led the mobile technology team and was responsible for developing the new mobile customer channel, defining how this new channel should be integrated into other customer delivery channels and ensuring a consistent, best-in-class approach to mobile and wireless technologies. Earlier roles have included leading the lockbox product management team and defining the future strategy of the Wholesale and Retail lockbox products, identifying new initiatives to better serve target customer segments, and overseeing all Lockbox initiatives; working in the online strategy and planning group; managing the design and implementation of an Internet-based workflow and document management solution; and serving as marketing manager for a B2B marketplace financial product.

Before coming to Wells Fargo, Megan spent four years with Accenture in New York City. She received her MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, and her undergraduate degree in Economics from Princeton University.

Career Background: Mr. Murphy is presently a consulting principal in Murphy, McClary, Stover & Burnett, LLC, which was formed July 1, 2007. The firm emphasizes providing tax and financial services to corporations and professional practices in the state of Indiana. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Murphy is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV – Certificate #3064). Mr. Murphy is also a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS – Certificate # 30191) presented by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in March 2003. Mr. Murphy holds the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) awarded by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts in January 1995. Mr. Murphy is a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers, Inc. and was admitted to membership on May 15, 1993. Kristen Ritchie

Kristen Ritchie is Senior Vice President & the Regional Director of Cash Management Sales for Charter One Bank. Kristen first joined Citizens Bank in 2002 as Vice President and Team Leader for the Massachusetts Cash Management sales team. Prior to her appointment at Citizens Bank, she spent the majority of her career in Chicago with American National Bank, now part of JP Morgan Chase Corporation, and most recently with Northern Trust Bank of Chicago.

In late 2004, Kristen moved back to Chicago to become the Regional Sales Manager for Cash Management in the Midwest for Charter One Bank shortly following the Citizens Bank acquisition of Charter One, starting up their 4-state regional corporate cash management team. The team now has over 20 people within sales and support, and continues to grow.

Kristen is an active member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and earned her Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) accreditation in 1996. She has maintained this certification through leading many presentations and training courses at client and industry conferences, both on the regional and national level. She received her B.A. from Miami University in Ohio. Kristen has held positions of leadership in the community as well, having recently served on the Board of Directors for the Treasury Management Association of New England (TMANE,) Treasurer for the Miami University Alumni Association New England chapter, and was active within Big Sister Association of Boston.

Currently Kristen is active within City Year – Chicago, where she is an active Board Member and member of the Development Committee. She lives in Chicago, where she participates in running marathons, having run the Chicago Marathon in 2004, 2005, and 2007, the Dublin, Ireland Marathon in 2006, and plans to run either Chicago or NYC later in 2008.

Craig S. “Sandy” Saxer is Senior Vice President of Sales Development for PNC Bank.

Mr. Saxer has spent most of his 38-year career as a treasury professional and consultant to corporate treasuries. In his current assignment, he is responsible for sales opportunity development and treasury management’s strategic development focus on working capital services for clients and prospects.

Mr. Saxer graduated from Haverford College in 1969, with a B.A. in Economics, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Pennsylvania. He also holds a permanent Certified Cash Manger (CCM) designation from the Association of Financial Professionals (AFP). He is a frequent speaker at AFP, Keenan-Flagler School of UNC and various regional treasury, accounting and credit associations. During 2008, he has spoken at AFP regional sessions, in addition to the MTMA, St. Louis AFP and NYTMA. Mr. Saxer has authored several articles: “EDI: Data and Payments Issues”, Journal of Cash Management; “Advanced Cash Management Measurement techniques”, Corporate Cash Flow Magazine; “Improving Quality of Bank Relationships” and the TMA Journal.

Jeff Tyrrell

Jeff Tyrrell is currently responsible for assisting Clients of RBS Citizens N.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of RBS Group since 1988, with their banking needs around the world. Using both RBS and associated Banks, he works with customer to understand their needs and goals in order to put forward tailored solutions to address these requirements. Areas covered in addition to the establishment of overseas accounts include control, liquidity, investment, risk which will incorporate currency exposure as well as the ability to move funds electronically.

Prior to joining RBS Citizens N.A., Jeff worked in London, UK. His initial banking roles were with NatWest (RBS) in London where he obtained a structured background covering both domestic and international banking. He then moved to NatWest USA in London to assist UK & European Clients with banking needs in America which he continued to undertake following their developments with Fleet (Bank of America). Prior to moving to Plymouth Meeting, PA in October 2005, he worked for RBS and assisting their clients who required US Corporate banking service.

Whilst with NatWest he obtained his Banking Diploma in 1989. His qualification covering International Cash Management was achieved in 2003.

Living in Berwyn, PA, he is married with one daughter.

Sandra Williams

Sandra P. Williams, Senior Managing Director, is responsible for Regulus’ BPO Division that offers clients a consultative service about alternative solutions for non-core processes such as back office transaction processing, financial and accounting services, and knowledge services. Ms. Williams brings extensive expertise in marketing, market research, product management, consultative sales and relationship management to this strategic division.

Sandra has been with Regulus since 1998, holding various senior management positions from head of sales to directing the entire relationship management division. In her most recent role as a Client Partner, Ms. Williams was responsible for a portfolio of premier clients with revenues reaching $60 million plus. A frequent author, Sandra has been published in many of the industries top journals and publications.

She currently manages a team of 10 sales specialists who consult with corporate and FI's in the US. Carrie graduated from the Colorado College with a B.A. in German and International Studies. She has her MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. Carrie is fluent in German and Dutch.
