President: Deena Marshall
FinishMaster, Inc.

Deena Marshall rejoined FinishMaster, Inc. in December of 2011 where she currently holds a Senior Staff Accountant position.  Her responsibilities include monthly bank account reconciliations and customer investment accounting.  Deena previously held a Treasury Analyst position at OneAmerica; job responsibilities included analyzing bank fees, analyzing and reporting on Treasury topics, assisting with the Treasury Workstation, and other Treasury related projects.
 
Deena was previously employed by FinishMaster, Inc. for ten years and was responsible for the monthly bank reconciliations, cash related journal entries, debt reporting, and managing the day-to-day bank and merchant services relationships. 

Deena graduated from Indiana Tech in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

VP Treasurer: Diana Zimmerman
Ascension Health Ministry Service Center of Indianapolis

Diana possesses over 20 years of Treasury, Cash Management and Investment Management experience. She currently serves as Treasury and Cash Management Manager of Ascension Health Ministry Service Center in Indianapolis. In this role, Diana is responsible for setting overseeing cash management operations and implementing the PeopleSoft Treasury to the Ascension Health ministry systems.

Prior to Ascension Health, Diana served as Cash Operations Manager for IU Health where she oversaw cash management and treasury services for all 43 IU Health hospital and healthcare systems. Diana has also worked in municipal debt issuance and as a securities trader for a Chicago investment manager.

Diana earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University and MBA from Western Governors University. She earned the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification in 2008. She is also a member of the National Association of Financial Professionals (AFP).

Secretary: Jill Kaps Ramsey
STAR Financial

Jill joined the STAR Treasury Management Sales Team as Assistant Vice President in 2008. She specializes in working with organizations that are seeking ways to improve their efficiencies, save time and reduce expenses and are looking for partners who bring solutions. She has over 20 years of banking experience, with the last 10 years working in Treasury Management Sales. Jill attended Indiana University and received her Treasury Professional Certification through the Association for Financial Professionals in 2002. Along with serving on the Board of Directors for the AFP-IN, she volunteers for several organizations throughout the community.

Co-VP Conference: Michael Petry
Wellfount

In October 2011, Michael joined Wellfount Corp. as a Cost Analyst. Previously he was a Budget Analyst with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. Michael joined the State government in 2008 after 5 years with Chase Bank.

Michael holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from Indiana University-Bloomington and an MBA from Butler University. He obtained his CTP designation in 2009.

Co-VP Conference: Ronnie Boudreaux
Enerdel, Inc.

Ronnie P Boudreaux is the Director of Global Cash Management for Klipsch Group, Inc. where he is responsible for cash management, bank relations, accounts payable and cash application for its world-wide operations. Prior to joining Klipsch Group, Inc., Ronnie was the AR and Cash Manager for FinishMaster, Inc.

Ronnie is a graduate of Nicholls State University (a New Orleans native) where he earned a BS degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Treasury Professional, held various positions with the Association for Financial Professional of Indiana (AFP-IN) and is a member of the National Association of Financial Professional (AFP).

VP Marketing: Michael Sipos
First Merchants

Mr. Sipos is the Director of Cash Management for First Merchants Corporation, a multi-bank holding company based in Central Indiana. In this position, Michael directs Cash Management Sales, Product Management, and Operations. He has worked in Cash Management for over 19 years managing national, large corporate, middle market and business banking sales teams. He has developed consultative relationships with clients to utilize cash management solutions to create efficient, economical solutions to effect measurable changes in working capital. Mr. Sipos has been a Certified Treasury Professional for 14 years, as well as, a member of both the Association for Financial Professionals and the Association for Financial Professionals – Indiana Chapter. He is also on the board of directors for the AFP-IN and Hamilton Southeastern Boys Lacrosse. Mr. Sipos is a graduate of Purdue University, with a Bachelors degree in Marketing.

VP Programming: Carol Abner
Allison Transmission

Carol Abner is currently the Manager of Treasury at Allison Transmission, Inc. She is responsible for Global Treasury and Risk Management activities including Cash management operations, forecasting, working capital management, accounts receivable and non-employee insurance programs. Carol has approximately 26 years of Treasury experience in various manufacturing and service industry corporations.

Carol is a graduate of Ball State University with a double major in Accounting and Geography/Meteorology. She has held several officer position with the AFP-IN and is currently serving of the Board of Directors. She is also currently serving on the Finance Advisory Board with the Miller College of Business at Ball State University and was awarded the Alumni of Achievement Award from Ball State in 2010.

VP Membership: Tim Hadley
Old National Bank

Tim Hadley is an Assistant Vice President, Corporate Cash Management Product Manager for Old National Bank. Tim has over 8 years in banking, with experience in retail banking, merchant services and treasury management product sales and development. He joined Old National in 2006, after serving in various roles with Fifth Third Bank.

Tim graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing. He also obtained a MBA from Butler University in 2009. Tim obtained his CTP designation in 2007 and was elected to the AFP-IN board in 2010.

Malinda Anthony
Wells Fargo Bank

Malinda Anthony is Vice President and Regional Sales Manager - Northeast U.S. with Wells Fargo's Treasury Management Group. Malinda's management and consultative efforts focus on middle and large market corporate companies primarily in the Midwest and Northeast. Malinda has a particular expertise in working iwth multi-bank relationships and the automation and integration of information to Enterprise Resoure Planning (ERP) systems.

Ms. Anthony joined Wells Fargo in December 2004 and has over 17 years of Treasury Management experience in such areas as operations, sales support, product management and sales. Ms. Anthony began her banking career in 1979 and has gained valuable experience in the real estate, trust, card services and retail banking areas of various banks.

Malinda has received both local and national awards in recognition of her outstanding service, teamwork, innovation, quality and commitment to the success of the bank and the clients she serves.

Ms. Anthony is a graduate of Valparaiso University where she earned a degree in Business Administration with finance and marketing concentrations. Malinda is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), a member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), and serves on the Board of Directors of AFP-Indiana.

Anita Hill, CTP
IPL

Anita Hill has worked for IPL since 1990 and in its Treasury department since 1998.  Anita has since moved steadily from Financial Analyst to her current position as Manager, Treasury Operations.  In that role, Anita’s responsibilities are many and varied, including (but not limited to):  Treasury bank relationship management; Treasury technological (including bank technology and workstation technology); Payments processing (accounts receivable, accounts payable); Capital markets in Treasury (financing, refinancing, and refunding the Company’s debt under Treasurer’s leadership); Credit Risk Management (derivatives).

Anita has earned her CTP designation, served as both Past-President and past Vice-President (Conference) for the Association for Financial Professionals of Indiana, and retains her seat on the Board.  Anita also has membership with AFP, National, where she served for four years on its Government Relations Committee.  She holds a BS in Business (Finance) and a BA in English (Writing) from Indiana University, the Indianapolis Campus.

Judy Laws
WellPoint, Inc.

Judy Laws serves as Treasury Operations Director for WellPoint, Inc., a corporation with over 100 entities including 14 Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.  Judy’s client base, are her internal business partners where she offers consulting on cash management products to promote efficiencies and to simplify and streamline processes.  She works together with the business unit and 3rd parties to make for a smooth implementation.

Judy has been at WellPoint, Inc. in the Treasury Department since 1996 and prior to that was the Administrative Manager and Controller of a large law firm in Los Angeles, CA.

Judy has been a member of the Board of Directors of the AFP-IN since 2005.  She is also a member of the National Association of Financial Professionals (AFP).

Angie Lofton
Forethought Financial Group, Inc.

Angie Lofton currently serves as the Director of Treasury at Forethought Financial Group, Inc. where she is responsible for cash management, bank relations, cash reconciliation, project management and short-term investments. Angie also serves as the liaison for the finance department to the operations center. Prior to joining Forethought, Angie was employed by WellPoint, Inc. for 12 years as a Sr. Treasury Analyst specializing in project management for the Treasury department. Angie has extensive knowledge in account analysis, as well.
Angie is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Association for Financial Professionals of Indiana (AFP-IN) and has served several roles including past president on the AFP-IN Board. She is also a member of the National Association of Financial Professionals (AFP). Angie has been a presenter on the topic of account analysis in a conference setting, has been interviewed and quoted for a business magazine, and has won a award for the innovation of creating a Bank Report Card for her company.
Angie holds a BS degree in accounting from Indiana University.

Scott Long
Huntington National Bank

Scott Long is an Assistant Vice President, Treasury Management Advisor for Huntington Bank. Scott has over 8 years in banking, with experience in retail banking, business banking, and treasury management. Scott graduated from Wabash College in 2000 with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and obtained a Masters of Library and Information Science from University of Pittsburgh in 2001. Scott was elected to the AFP-IN board in 2012.

Jeff Love, CTP
Lafayette Savings Bank

Jeff Love is a Vice President at Lafayette Savings Bank where he is responsible for the sale of the bank’s cash management products. Jeff has 20 years of banking experience, the majority of it has been spent in cash management sales. He also worked as a corporate fundraiser for Purdue University for 2.5 years. Jeff earned a diploma from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado in 2004, his Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential in 1996 and a BS degree in Economics from Purdue University in 1988.

 

Melanie McIntyre
BMO Harris Bank

Melanie McIntyre is Vice President Global Treasury Management Sales with BMO Harris Bank. Melanie has over 25 years in banking with experience in operations, customer service and treasury management sales. Melanie joined BMO Harris Bank in May of 2010 after serving four years with Old National Bank and the prior 20 years with Chase Bank.

Melanie graduated for University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership. Melanie obtained her Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) in 2000 and is a member of the Association of Financial Professionals (AFP). Melanie was elected to the AFP-IN board in 2012.

Sarah M. Prentice, CTP
CNO Financial Group, Inc.

Sarah Prentice is a Treasury Manager for CNO Financial Group, Inc. (formerly Conseco, Inc.).  For 13 years, Sarah has held many Treasury positions within the organization.  In her present capacity, she manages daily wire transfer processing, oversees bank documentation preparation and facilitates process improvement projects between the company and its banks.  In addition, Sarah is involved in developing and maintaining strong relationships with local and national banks.  In 2001, she was part of the team that won the AFP Pinnacle Award for Technology.  With her previous experience as a bank officer, Sarah has over 20 years of experience in treasury, cash management and banking.

Sarah graduated in 1991 from the University of North Texas where she earned a BA degree in Business Management.  She holds a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification and is a member of the National Association of Financial Professionals (AFP).

Dennis Reedy, CTP
Indiana University

Dennis W. Reedy currently serves as the Managing Director of Treasury Operations for the eight campus, 99,000 student Indiana University system. He has over 30 years experience in cash management, investment administration and bank relations. Mr. Reedy came to Indiana University in 1987 after spending 15 years as an officer of a major Indianapolis financial institution. His duties at this institution included serving as treasurer of the corporation's banking operations and treasurer/director of its insurance and securities brokerage subsidiaries. Reporting to Mr. Reedy at Indiana University are the cash and investment management operations, banking relations, credit card processing and e-business support.

Mr. Reedy is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and is a past president and current director of the Association for Financial Professionals-Indiana (AFP-IN). Mr. Reedy has been a faculty member for AFP and NACUBO and has served on many of their committees and task forces. Mr. Reedy has served as Co-Executive Director of The Treasury Institute for Higher Education since the Institute’s inception in April 2000. He served as an Associate Editor of the Sixth Edition of AFP's Essentials of Cash Management and served as a member of AFP Body of Knowledge Committee that provided a similar role for 7th Edition of Essentials of Cash Management. Mr. Reedy also served as the co-author for the treasury management chapter of NACUBO's handbook for higher education business officers ( CUBA , Sixth Edition).

Mr. Reedy holds a BS degree in accounting, with distinction, from Indiana University.
